Solis Wifi Settings Guide

🔹 Option 1 – Using the SolisCloud App (Recommended)

1. Press and hold the reset button on the dongle until the LED flashes rapidly.
2. Open the SolisCloud app (iOS/Android) and log in.

3. Tap “+” → Wi-Fi Configuration.

   Follow the in-app steps:

   • Connect your phone to the dongle hotspot (e.g. AP_xxxxxx or Solis_xxxxxx ).
   • Return to the app.
   • Select your home Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only).
   • Enter your Wi-Fi password.
4. Tap Connect. The dongle will reboot and the green LED will turn solid once connected.
5. Your inverter should show Online in SolisCloud within a few minutes.

🔹 Option 2 – Using a Web Browser (Dongle Setup Page)

1. On your phone, disable mobile data and connect to the dongle Wi-Fi (e.g. Solis_xxxxxx ).
   • Default password: 123456789 (unless changed).
2. Open a browser (Chrome/Safari).
3. In the address bar, type:

10.10.100.254
 

1. Log in:
   • Username: admin
   • Password: usually 123456789 (or your custom one).
2. Go to Quick Set / Wizard.
3. Select your home Wi-Fi SSID.
4. Enter your Wi-Fi password and save.
5. The dongle will restart — green LED solid = success.
6. Check SolisCloud app → status should be Online.

🔹 Option 3 – Using the Solis Home/Installer App (Some Dongles)

(Some newer Solis Wi-Fi dongles can also be configured via the Solis Home or Solis Installer app.)

1. Reset the dongle (press reset until LED flashes).
2. Open the Solis app → select Device Wi-Fi Config.
3. Follow the prompts to connect to the dongle hotspot, then your home Wi-Fi.
