Midea App Setup & Remote Access Guide

The Midea app lets you control your hot water (and in some cases your heating) directly from your phone. It also enables remote diagnostics, allowing our team to monitor your system and help resolve issues if they occur.

If we need to investigate a fault or check system performance, we may ask you to connect and share access to your heat pump via the app.


1. Download the Midea App

Choose the link for your device:


2. Create an Account

Open the app, create a new account, or log in if you already have one.


3. Add Your Device

Tap Add Device (usually shown with a “+” icon).

From the list of device types, choose:

Central Heating / Water Heater


If you have a white controller it is a KJRH-120F/K


If you have a black controller it is a KJRH-120L


4. Connect to Your Home Wi-Fi

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your heat pump.

Important:

  • Ensure you are close to the unit during setup.
  • Connect using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (most heat pumps do not support 5 GHz).
  • If prompted, or if the app cannot find your device, try resetting Wi-Fi mode on the heat pump:

Menu → scroll down → Wireless LAN Setting → Reset AP Mode


5. Share Your Serial Number With Us

Once installation is complete, please send us the serial number of your heat pump controller.

This allows us to link your system to our remote support platform.


Tip; the two squares next to the serial number will copy it to your clipboard!
