Common Error Codes
7H – Filter or Low Water Pressure
This usually indicates a flow issue, such as a blocked filter or insufficient water pressure in the system.
If the error persists, please contact us for further checks.
AH – Hot Water Disinfection Not Completed
Short explanation:
The heat pump didn’t finish its hot water disinfection cycle. This is usually nothing to worry about. Leave the system running as normal — it should retry the cycle within a week and clear the warning automatically.
If the error is still showing after 7 days, please contact us.
More detail:
Once a week, your hot water cylinder runs a disinfection (pasteurisation) cycle, usually overnight when hot water demand is low.
If hot water is used during this time (for example, someone runs a bath), the cycle stops and the system records a warning. This remains visible until the next successful cycle.
Missing one week will not cause any issues.
